What is the procedure for exchanging an item?

While we are unable to exchange products, we can set up a Return Authorization so that you can return the items you no longer need and place an order for new items. You can begin the return procedure by submitting the form found in our Help Ticket section.

What’s the procedure for returning something?

To seek a refund, simply open a Support Ticket and follow the on-screen instructions.

When it comes to returns, what’s your policy? Can I return an item to you if I’m not satisfied?

If you are unhappy with the products you received for any reason, please send a Support Ticket to request a return. RMA permission is required because important information and instructions about returns are provided via RMA. It is possible that items returned without previous RMA approval will be refused. All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Following the issuance of an RMA, the products must be returned to us in their original condition within 30 days. Returns that are not full will not be accepted. For a return to be processed, all original boxes, packing materials, parts, components, and pieces must be returned to us.
Returns will not be accepted unless all of the original packaging and parts are included. Refunds for returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns for exchange are exempt from restocking costs. There are no refunds on any connected shipping fees. For returns or exchanges, we do not provide return labels.

What if the carrier returns my package?

You will be responsible for the related shipping fees to reship the order if it is returned by the carrier owing to part or all of the addresses being provided inaccurately, for refusal, the recipient was unavailable at all efforts, or the product was unclaimed. However, you might be eligible for a discount or a refund. If you get an order that contains unusable materials, you must alert us within seven days. Prior to issuing any credits, we require photographic evidence of the unsuitable items.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you obtain damaged or defective products, you must notify us within seven days of receiving them. Please keep in mind that if there are any issues with your order, photographic evidence will be necessary. If you report a problem after 7 days, you may be disqualified for replacements or refunds.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to request that the incorrect item be returned to us at our expense. If you do not return the item, you may be charged for the incorrect item. You can contact us by submitting a support ticket through our ticket system or by emailing us at service@barproducts.com.

KitchenSpare.com is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee! If you are not satisfied with the products you received for any reason, simply submit a Support Ticket to request a return. RMA provides important information and instructions regarding returns. Our goal at kitchen spare is to make the return or warranty replacement process as easy as possible for you. We’ve outlined the steps to take when initiating a return:

Return Process

All items have a 30-day return period starting from the time the customer receives the shipment. Depending on the manufacturer, you may be charged a 25% restocking fee. Depending on the manufacturer, there may also be return freight charges. If you have any questions about a specific manufacturer’s or product’s return policy, please contact our Customer Service team at support@kitchenspare.com. Please see the list below for the following criteria for non-returning an order:

  • If the carrier returns your order because of an erroneous address, rejection, the recipient was unavailable during all attempts, or the parcel was unclaimed, you are responsible for the additional shipping costs to reship the order. There will be a 25% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable if you want to get your money back for a shipment the carrier sent back. It’s possible that you’ll be disqualified for refund or reshipment if you’re an overseas customer and decline a delivery because of customs and/or brokerage fees.

Refund Process

An email with a call-tag will be sent to the consumer once the refund process has begun. The product must be returned by the client to the manufacturer or to Kitchen Spare. The consumer will be reimbursed using the original payment method (paypal, credit card, amazon, etc.) and will be credited for the amount paid for the item(s), less any restocking or return shipping charges.
Our customer support department can assist you if you have any concerns or questions regarding your order. We can assist you with tracking shipments, product returns, and copies of supporting documentation, warranty information, installation issues, and queries about past orders.

Kitchen Spares can transport products all throughout the Country as well as to a number of overseas destinations. Our shipping policy and procedure are designed to ensure that customers receive their goods as promptly, safely, and affordably as possible.

Nationwide Delivery

Kitchen Spare ships to all registered Post Office commercial and residential addresses localy.
P.O. Boxes are not accepted for delivery. Out carriers may also be unable to access some remote or military places. In these circumstances, we will call you and try to arrange for your product to be delivered to a convenient place.

If a carrier holds an order because of an erroneous address or contact information, we’ll do everything we can to get in touch with you and work out a solution. If you refuse to accept a delivery after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible for any storage fees, redelivery charges, or other penalties.

International Delivery

We ship most of the international countries through Fadex, UPS and DHL

Lost/Damage or Wrong Product

Lost a Shipment

If your shipment does not arrive as expected, contact ‘Kitchen Spare’ Customer Service and a Customer Service Specialist will assist you in locating and obtaining the lost shipment, or in replacing the items shipped if they were lost by the freight carrier.

Demage, Missmatch or Incorrect Product

Please follow the order check-in method outlined below when receiving a shipment from us to ensure that your order arrives complete and undamaged (as well as correctly recorded for the purpose of making any necessary claims with the carrier):
Before accepting the shipment, look for any visible damage and write it on the delivery ticket/bill of lading before the delivery person leaves. Inspect the exterior of the carton for any big dents or tears on your kitchen spare packing list for packages left at the doorstep for packages.
Compare the number of packages delivered to the packing slip provided by kitchen spare and note any difference onto the packing slip

Even if you don’t plan on utilizing the products right away, open the package and look for damage or missing components that may have been concealed.
If any damage is found, keep the shipping carton and any inside packaging, seek an examination from the carrier right away, and document the request with a written request for inspection to the carrier. (Important: Hidden or concealed damage must be reported and an inspection requested within five days of delivery.)
Contact Kitchen Spare Customer Service to report the problem and receive their assistance in replacing the damaged, missing, or wrongly sent items. Please have your order number, shipping information, and tracking number ready when calling.

When you get an incorrect, defective, or damaged shipment from Kitchen Spare we will replace the item and arrange for return delivery to our distribution location (assuming that the order check-in procedure and reporting outlined above has been reasonably followed).
